I have to attend to study law, an MBA or Masters.

Not true. They are both very much for the Law School, MBA or Master's program well. No lights on the stage to tell the admission to a candidate and, "So a 4.0 in history, our neighbor to the polisci 4.0, polisci kind, because we love the most." I assure you that thinks no authorization.
Even more important is your GPA, the results of the Entry Test (GMAT, GRE, LAST), letters of recommendation, application essays and interviews. To focus on courses for more important things that you really enjoy and are rather better, because they are more interested. (More difficult, well on an issue that does not, and what are not interested to do)

Not if you're a graduate program in history! Depends on what program you speak.
If you are really much better in history, pleasant, do not change too far, there is no reason not too much. You can still have a minor in political science. Or vice versa. Or maybe a double to. Be high GPA and a passion for his subject must be respected by universities.
