I found that all the hand sanitizer gel 4 fluid ounces or more in CVS, K-Mart, etc., the gel hand sanitizer will be reviewed by the TSA, as a personal medical use are they? Can the rule to exempt from 3 ounces? Thank you!

No, it's not as a medical exception to the rule of 3-1-1. Tip: Wal-Mart, I bought small bottles of 4 ounces from there several times and led to the aircraft.
If you still can not find, the smaller bottles, but have you thought of antibacterial wipes? Those who are not in the rule of 3-1-1.
No, if it is liquid and you do not have a valid prescription is not, so there is no medicine. Best way to buy this at a 3 oz container, decant the disinfectant into the computer and make sure that the label clearly and in a plastic bag.
