Anybody with knowledge of vitamins and their absorption? - absorption of lightldr

According to this rule are the vitamins for the sustained release or not an advantage? For me this is a bit blurry.

My multivitamin has been spent, and with "two tablets daily, preferably loaded with a meal." For optimum effect, I wonder if I take two of my multivitamin tablets at the same time or at intervals of 12 hours.
